Committee of the Whole Minutes - March 11, 2024 – Amended –
Council voted to remove a 2023 item about selling city land at Hillcourt Estates from the outstanding list and move forward with any required bylaws, but the vote ended in a 6-6 tie, meaning the motion failed.
WITH RESPECT to the Memorandum from Deanna Walker, Manager-Realty Services, dated February 21, 2024 we recommend that Outstanding Item 2023-005-INO – Sale of City Lands-Hillcourt Estates be removed from the Outstanding List

Council has pushed back the decision on selling city-owned land at Hillcourt Estates by over a year, from March 2024 to March 2025. Any necessary bylaws related to this land sale will be presented to council later for approval.
