Ratifying Resolutions
#5 CARRIED
Council approved two board appointments: one for the Thunder Bay District Health Unit's Board of Health, and one for the 2024 Ontario Winter Games Organizing Committee.

Procedural
#2 CARRIED Council confirmed the official minutes from two December 18, 2023 meetings (one public meeting and one regular council meeting). This is standard procedure to ensure the recorded decisions are accurate.
#3 CARRIED Council approved the official minutes from the December 18, 2023 Committee of the Whole meeting, making them the official record of that meeting's decisions.
#4 CARRIED Council approved two by-laws: one to set the 2024 interim tax levy and another to update the rules for municipal parking enforcement officers in Thunder Bay.
#6 CARRIED Council formally approved and numbered the official record of its January 8, 2024 meeting proceedings as By-law 9/2024. This is standard administrative confirmation that the meeting minutes and decisions are official.
