Council confirmed the agenda for the June 26, 2023 meeting, including all printed items and any new business brought forward.

Ratifying Resolution

Council approved five separate routine administrative matters: awarding contracts for multi-use trails and parks maintenance, a new playground at Vickers Park, updating long-term care agreements, a city manager organizational review, and appointing an acting city treasurer.

THAT the following ratifying resolutions be introduced, read, dealt with individually: 1. Report 198-2023 (Infrastructure & Operations - Engineering & Operations) Contract 9, 2023 - Multi-Use Trails and Parks 2. Report 217-2023 (Infrastructure & Operations - Engineering & Operations) Design, Supply and Install New Playground at Vickers Park - Requests for Proposals Award 3. Amendment of Authority to Execute Ontario Health Agreements and Declarations for Long Term Care 4. Human Resources Matter (City Manager Organizational Review) 5. Appointment of Acting City Treasurer

Procedural

#2 CARRIED Council approved the official minutes from two meetings: the regular council meeting on June 5, 2023, and a special council meeting on June 19, 2023 focused on the Community Economic Development Corporation's annual general meeting.

#3 CARRIED Council approved the official minutes from two Committee of the Whole meetings held on June 5 and June 19, 2023. This is a standard procedural step to formally record what was discussed and decided at those meetings.

#6 CARRIED Council approved eight by-laws covering capital project financing through the Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation, a subdivision agreement, updates to the tax credit program for low-income residents, site plan control designation for properties on Oliver Road, and appointment of an Acting City Treasurer.
