Ratifying Resolution
Council approved hiring a consulting firm and purchasing software licenses to upgrade the City's SAP financial management system.
THAT the following ratifying resolutions be introduced, read, dealt with individually: 1. Report 121-2023 (Corporate Information Technology) Consulting Services and Licensing Subscription to Upgrade the City's SAP Software System
Procedural
#2 CARRIED Council confirmed the official minutes from two previous meetings held on April 3 and April 17, 2023. This is a standard approval of the records documenting what was discussed and decided at those meetings.
#3 CARRIED Council approved the official minutes from three Committee of the Whole meetings held in April 2023, including a regular meeting and an official recognition annual banquet.
#4 CARRIED Council accepted the official minutes from the McIntyre Ward meeting held on February 7, 2023. This is a standard procedural step to confirm the accuracy of what was discussed and decided at that meeting.
