WITH RESPECT to the March 6, 2023 City Council, we recommend that the agenda as printed, including any additional information and new business, be confirmed.

Council approved four separate items: a cement mortar lining contract for infrastructure work, a condenser upgrade project for Fort William Gardens, a change to the City Treasurer appointment bylaw, and a labour relations matter. All items were approved without opposition.

THAT the following ratifying resolutions be introduced, read, dealt with individually: 1. Report 61-2022 (Infrastructure & Operations - Engineering & Operations) Contract 8, 2023 - Cement Mortar Lining; 2. Report 43-2023 (Community Services - Facilities, Fleet and Energy Management) Fort William Gardens Condenser Upgrade - Tender Award; 3. #6 CARRIED Council approved four updates to city bylaws: eliminating the separate City Treasurer position, updating water supply regulations, adjusting the property tax and water credit program for low-income seniors and persons with disabilities, and modifying the municipal law enforcement officer appointments for parking enforcement.
