Council directed city administration to create a list of city-owned lands (including parks) that could be sold, identify which parcels would generate the most revenue, and submit this report by September 18, 2023.

WITH RESPECT to the memorandum from Councillor Kasey Etreni, dated March 6, 2023, we recommend that Administration be directed to bring forward a list of city owned lands, including parkland, available for surplus and sale

Administration provide recommendations on the top potential parcels of land that would bring the city the highest financial benefit
Administration bring forward this report on or before September 18, 2023.
