#4 LOST

Council rejected a proposal to exclude Frederica Street West (between Stanley and James Street South) from a sidewalk and pedestrian crossover construction project.

WITH RESPECT to Contract 2, 2023 – Sidewalk and Pedestrian Crossover Construction, we recommend that Frederica Street West between Stanley Avenue and James Street South be excluded from the new sidewalk project.

Ratifying Resolution

Council approved two financial matters: updating the city's investment policy for municipal funds, and authorizing additional implementation services related to a previous report from 2022.

Report 139-2023 (Corporate Services & Long Term Care - Financial Services) Investment of Municipal Funds & Investment Policy Statement Update; 2. Approval for Additional Implementation Services related to Report 08- 2022.
