Ratifying Resolution

Council approved hiring consulting services and purchasing a software licensing subscription to upgrade the city's SAP financial and business management system.

Procedural
#2 CARRIED Council approved the official minutes from two previous meetings held on April 3 and April 17, 2023. This is a standard confirmation that the recorded decisions and discussions from those meetings are accurate.
#3 CARRIED Council approved the official minutes from three Committee of the Whole meetings held in April 2023, including a regular meeting and an official recognition annual banquet.
#4 CARRIED Council accepted the official minutes from the McIntyre Ward meeting held on February 7, 2023.
#6 CARRIED Council approved five bylaw amendments covering planning application requirements, municipal service fees, library board structure, city officer appointments, and designation of a city facility at Sleeping Giant Parkway.
#7 CARRIED Council formally approved and recorded all decisions made at their April 24, 2023 meeting by passing this confirmation bylaw.
