Summary

Council approved the sale of three city-owned properties to Terralux General Contractors for a combined $5.27 million to build multi-residential developments across Fanshaw Street, Tokio Street, and Arundel Street, plus a separate $749,000 sale at 545 Algoma Street. Council approved a one-year Universal Transit Pass (U-Pass) agreement with Lakehead University Student Union starting September 1, 2026. This allows students to use Thunder Bay transit with their student ID, with some updated terms from the previous agreement.
