Ratifying Resolution

Council formally approved four separate reports and advocacy positions: a legal services report, a storm separation contract for infrastructure work, and two advocacy initiatives related to social services administration and immigrant nominee programs.

THAT the following ratifying resolutions be introduced, read, dealt with individually: 1. Report 2024CLS.039 (Legal Services) 2. Report 272-2024 (Infrastructure, Development & Operations - Engineering & Operations) Contract 9 - Storm Separation; 3. The District of Thunder Bay Social Services Administration Board - Advocacy; 4. Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program - Advocacy.
